1. Interested bidders can obtain the bid document from Maichew, Addis Ababa branch office and Mekelle Branch Office upon payment of non-refundable birr 100.00 (one hundred birr) from the date of issuance of this bid on Ethiopian Herald and on the Amharic reporter newspaper. 
2. Bidders must submit a photocopy of currently renewed and valid business license. 
3. All bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% on the total price offered for the materials in the form of bank guarantee or C.P.O. 
4. Bidders should submit their offer referring bid no. MPM/006/19. in a sealed envelope indicating their financial and technical offers up to 22/10/2019 until 2:00 Pm 
5. Bid will be opened at Addis Ababa Branch Office in the presence of bidders or their Representatives on 22/10/2019 at 2:30 Pm.
6. Bidders should supply therequested material by their own foreign currency and the destination of delivering the material is at Maichew particle board works PLC, Maichew 
7. Bidders should submit 25 k.g properly packed sample before the 
8. due date (Closing Date)
