2 PI/E now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the required quantity stated in number 1 above (Metal bed with porticale board ) . All bidders are expected to clearly state the price per item including VAT. Bidders shall attach copy of all legal registration document with their proforma.
3 Before opening the bid PI/E will conduct physical inspection of the available stock items of bidders . As per the result of the physical inspection of the stock item of who will present the wrong type and poor quality

6 Bid will be opened in the presence of those bidders or representative who choose to attend on the same date 4:30 pm in the office of those of Transform : primary Health Care project , Tigray Regional Program Office , Wereda, Adi Haki , Kebelle 11 city Mekelle , Tigray , Ethiopia
7 Metal bed providers must be resisted legally.
