ITB 3.2(b) Renewed or valid trade license on WWCC for 7 year 2010,registration certificate from ministry of water , irrigation and energy or from Tigray water resource bureau for the fiscal year, tax clearance certification , VAT declaration for month Hidar, 2010 VAT registration Certificate ,Tin number , Suppliers registration certificate and any relevant professional practice certificate
ITB 18.1 The written conformation of authorization to sign on behalf of the bidder shall initiated and approved by authentication office.
4 Bidder should submit their sealed bidding document one “original” financial documents is separate envelop and each 2 two copies of financial document also must be provided in separate envelop
5 A Complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased from Tigray Water resource bureau upon payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 200 on working days (Monday- Friday) .Method of payment will be in cash or Check against receipt
6 Bids must be delivered address below at or before 27/6/2010 E.C 3:00 local time. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
7 Bids will be opened physically on the same date at 27/6/2010 E.C 3:30 local time in the presence of the bidders representatives who wish to attend in person at the address below
8 All bids shall accompanied by a Bid Security (CPO) or unconditional bank Guarantee of 150,000 Ethiopia Birr.The bid shall be valid for a period of 60 (Sixty days) after bid opening plus 28 days plus 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
10 Bid document could be purchased during office hours 2:00 – 6:30 and 8:00 -11:30 local time starting from 28/5/2010-27/6/2010 at the address given below
