Second time bid Announcement

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF Chickens (Bovine Brown breed Poultry )

SAVE THE CHILDREN/SCI/TFO is an international nongovernmental organization working to create lasting positive change in the lives of children in need. As part of its ongoing development program in Ethiopia, Save the children International Tigray Filed Office /SCI-TFO/ invites all eligible suppliers to bid for the supply of Chickens (Bovine Brown breed Poultry 3 month old ) .

1. Bidders who have renewed license of 2007E.C. and VAT REGISTER can participate in the bidding and they obtained the Tender Documents, including the Tender Guidelines, contract Template and specification for the aforementioned activities from SCI-TFO Tigray Filed Office, Mekelle at working hours.

2. An original & copy of each bid offer, IN SEPARATELY SEALED ENVELOPES, marked clearly by the project name, bidder’s name, address and legal stamp should be submitted in a sealed envelope and submit to save the children Tigray Field Office Mekelle not later than 26/02/2015, 2:30 P.M.

3 Bid documents can be obtained from save the children Mekelle field office.

4. All bid offers shall include the aforementioned Tender documents and be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or Guarantee for 2% (two percent) of the bid amount.  

5. Bids will be opened on 26/02/2015,, 3:00 P.M in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives who choose to attend at SCI-TFO/ Tigray FIELD Office/ Mekelle.  

6. SCI-TFO Tigray Filed Office reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of any or all bids.
