3.Bidders must submit technical and financial offers in two copies separately to Messebo head office in Mekelle.

4.Bids will be closed on January 18, 2017 5:00 PMduring office hours and will be opened on

January 19, 2017 at 3:00 PM(European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the above mentioned office.

5.Bid must be accompanied by bid guarantee 2% of the total price in the form of C.P.O. or bank guarantee.
