The requirements include

ITB 3.2(a) the mandated public body for the registration in ministry of water irrigation and electricity

ITB 3.2(b) renewed or valid trade license for the fiscal year 2008/9 for the specified type of work, registration certificate from ministry of water ,irrigation and energy for the fiscal year, tax clearance , VAT declaration for the month Nehase 2008, Vat registration , Tin number, suppliers registration certificate and any relevant professional practice certificate.

ITB 18.1. the written confirmation of authorization to sign on behalf of the bidders shall consists of fully initiated and sealed bid documents in general bidders should have to be provided one “original” technical and financial documents in a spate envelopes and each 2(two) copies of technical and financial documents also should have to be provided in separate envelopes too.

1. A complete set of bidding documents in English may purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of 150 ETB on working days(Monday-Friday). Method of payment will be in cash or check against receipt
2. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before November, 28/2016 up to 3:00 PM electronic bidding shall not be permitted, late bids will be rejected. And bids will be opened physically the same date at 3:30 PM in the presence of the bidders’ representative who choose to attend in person at the address below all bids shall be accompanied by a bid security(CPO) of 40,000 in Ethiopia Birr.
3. The bid shall be valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening
4. The bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid
