As part of its ongoing development program in Ethiopia, Save the children International Tigray Filed Office /SCI-MAO/ invites all eligible suppliers to bid for the Construction of  Kalina primary school in raya azebo woreda, Tigray regional state

1. idders who have renewed license of 2008E.C. and VAT REGISTER can participate in the bidding and they obtained the Tender Documents, including the Tender Guidelines, contract Template and specification for the aforementioned activities from SCI-MAO Mekelle Area Office, at working hours.
2. Bidders With water Works certificate from Federal Ministry ) license of Grade 7 and above may obtained the tender document

3. An original & copy of each bid offer, IN SEPARATELY SEALED ENVELOPES, marked clearly by the project name, bidder’s name, Â address and legal stamp should be submitted in a sealed envelope not later than sep 23 2016, 8:30 A.M.

 4 Bid documents can be obtained from save the children Mekelle field office against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00(Fifty birr only) .

5 Bid documents can be obtained from save the children Mekelle field office at working hours before sep 23 2016, 3:00 A.M.

6. All bid offers shall include the aforementioned Tender documents and be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or Guarantee  for 2% (two percent) of the bid amount.

7. Bids will be opened on 23 sep 2016, 3:30 A.M in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives who  choose to attend at SCI-TFO/ M  Mekelle Area Office / Mekelle.

8. SCI-TFO Tigray Filed Office reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of any or all bids.
