1 Have renewed business licence for the year 2018 e.c

2 Who can deposite 2% of the cost in CPO approved a bank

3 Who can supply quality item

4 Bid announcement date 24/06/2018 e.c -27/06/2018 e.c Bid closing date 27/06/2018 e.c at local time and will be opened at 4;30 local time in the presence of bidders or legal representitives at WAT head office located in kebele 15,

5 The WAT have the right, cancel the bid partially or in full

6 Bidders are required be VAT registered
