Open local Invitation to Bid

Ethiopian Catholic Church social and development commission Adigrat branch Mekele sub branch invites competent and licensed Bidders for the supply of pruning shears and farm tools for our two projects (Re-greening Africa II and SSLR projects) having legally registered licenses in Agricultural Inputs Supply, Seed Supply, General Trade or related fields.

Criteria's for bidders

1. Legally registered with VAT/ToT, renewed license, TIN certificate and legal receipt -copy of original documents defining legal status, place of registration and principal place of business showing original on the opening date.

2. The bidder should secure a bid bond f 2% of the total price including VAT through CPO in separate envelop. If he is bidding for two in separate envelop.

3.Interested and eligible bidders can collect two/one price quotation form and attached specification document from Mekele sub branch Administration office during working hours(Monday to Friday 8:00Am to 5:30Pm) from 23/01/2025 up to 30/01/2026 9:30Am

4. The bid box will be officially closed at 10:00Am (4.00 local time) in the morning and will be Opened at 10:30 Am (4:30 local time) on 30/01/2026 in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.

5. The bidder is required to submit the documents separately with all legal documents, technical, financial, and CPO separately for each bid document (Re- greening Africa II and/or SSLR projects)

6. The office reserves the right to reject partially or fully the bid any time.
