2. The Federal Democratic Federal Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Multi-Sectorial Approach for Stunting Reduction Project (MASREP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this Grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Supply of Hand Pump spare parts.

3. The Tigray Water& Energy bureau] now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of procurement of Supply of Afridave Hand Pump with out stand.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Tigray Water& Energy bureau, and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:00 A.M to 5:00 PM EAT at the address given below.

5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 600.00 The method of payment will be in cash.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 3:00 local time 12/01/2026 G.C at 3:00 local time.

The previsions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document: Procurement of Goods or Procurement of Works.

8. Bids must be delivered to the above office on 12/01/2026 G.C and must be accompanied by a security of ETB 500,000 or 4000 USD) using CPO or unconditional bank guarantee at the offices of Tigray Water& Energy Bureau Procurement section.
