Ethiopian Catholic Church Dioces of Adigrat Wukro St.Mary's College in collaboration Ethiopian Catholic Church Social development office of Adigrat for UNICEF-Master Card Foundation, ECC-SDCOAdB youth Program is announcing an open bid on purchasing Animal Feed Processing Machine and Mixer.

Eligibility Criteria

Our selection criteria is Lowest Price without compromise quality of the materials. However due diligence is also going to be conducted after the opening of the bid

1. Only Eligible Suppliers can take bid document from: Wukro St.Mary's College office, 18 floor, you can take a bid document a non rufer dable 500 (Five Hundered birr).

2. Bidders must have renewed valid trading license for the Machine.

3. Bidders must have TIN number and VAT registration certificate and VAT Declaration for the month of September.

4. The bidders can not alter, amend or withdraw offers after tender is opened.

5. Bidders should submit offers price as per the attached request for quotation.

6. Bidders should submit Bid security of 50,000 (Fifty thousand Birr) only C.P.O from recognized Bank by the name of Wukro St.Mary's College' and should be submitted together with the bid document to the bid box or separetly before the Bid envelop is opened.

7. Bidders should aware that before conducting an agreement due diligence is going to be conducted on the overall capability of a supplier.

8. The supplier should deliver the material within 5 days after notification of award and signing agreement to Wukro St.Mary's College office with his/her own transport.

9. Bidders must be delivered their bid documents to the address Wukro St.Mary's College office, 18 floor, in the prepared tender box, from Nov 5, 2025 up to Nov 11, 2025.

10. Bid closing date is Nov 11, 2025 at 4:00 local time.

11. Late bids will be rejected and Bids will be opened physically on Nov 11, 2025 preferably in the presence of the bidders or representatives who choose to attend above.

12. The bid price validity date is 45 days.

13. All bidders must be aware that Wukro St.Mary's College reserves right to deposit the C.P.O of any a person at the address bidders who refuse to sign an agreement at their quoted price a being provided an order notice.

14. The Wukro St.Mary's College reserves the right to reject partially or fully cancel or reject any or all of the bids.
