INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR ATVET TOILET CONSTRUCTION.

SNV Netherlands Development Organisation would like to float a tender for interested eligible & competitive bidder for the construction of two Door toilet in different Agricultural TVET Colleges (shire and Mai-chew ATVET) to support the Project as per detailed list & specification on the bid document.

SNV is seeking eligible Contractors for the Toilet construction.

Interested Contractors must provide the following mandatory documents:

(a). Bid Submission form.

(b). A reasonable Work plan/activity timetable must be included in each 
technical document.

(c). Organization Profile

(d). Trade License (renewed) (Better if MSE organized on constuction work & having Grade 7/8 license).

(e). VAT Registration Certificate

(f). TIN certificate

(g). Recommendation from previous and present experience with clients

(h). Bid bond in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in the amount of Birr 50,000 (must be sealed in separate envelope). It should be valid for 120 days, starting from the bid submission deadline.

A complete set of bidding documents shall be obtained from Logistics Department; SNV Global Development Organisation reginal office; on the way from Goal Ethiopia to Save the children or Mum to Mums, Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia from August 29, 2025.

Bid Closing Date will be September 9th, 2025, at 2:00 PM (8:00 local time). Bids after this date and time will not be considered.

Interested bidder shall collect the bid document from August 29,2025 up to September 9th, 2025, from Monday to Friday on working hours (from 8;20 AM-4:00PM.

Failure to comply any of the conditions above shall entail automatic rejection. SNV reserves the right to reject the bid partial or fully.
