3 Bidders must submit technical and financial offers in two copies separately in person to Messebo head office in Mekelle or A.A Liasion Office , Yaha Building 2^nd Floor.

4 Bids will be closed on July 11,2016 G.C at 5:00 PM during office hours and will be opened on july 12,2016 G.C at 3:00 PM (European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representative who choose to attend at the above mentioned office.

5 Bid must be accompanied by bid guarantee of Birr 2% of the total price in the form of CPO

6 All bids that come after opening date of the tender will be immediately rejected
