Invitation for bid

Mekelle Chamber of Commerce and Sectorial Associations (MCCSA) want to purchase electrical motor Cycles on open tender basis.

Those who full fill bellow listed criteria are invited to participate:-

1. who have 2017 E.C renewed business license.

2. who have TIN.

3. who can provide VAT/TOT registration certificate.

4. who have 2017 E.C renewed supplier registration certificate.

5. who able to provide 15,000 birr CPO for bid guaranty.

6. cancellation and illegal assignation on the document are prohibited.

7. Who can able to held on agreement within two days after he win the bid and who can provide 10% agreements guaranty in the form of CPO. At the same time who can delivered/provide the product with in 5 (Five) days.

8. the bidder should clearly specify whether the price is including VAT or not.

9. the bidder should write the name of the bid as well as the stamp of the company on the bid documents on the bid documents.

10. interested bidders can find the bid document in the office of MCCSA until July 11, 2025 in working hours by paying non-returnable birr 200 near KENEMA PHARMACY No 1 (Selam Avenue).

11. MCCSA have the right to cancel the bid in full or partially manner.

12. this bid will be closed in July 11, 2025 at 10:00 PM (4:00 LT) and it will be opened at 10:30 PM (4:30 LT) in the same date at the office of MCCSA.
