1 The Interim Administration of Tigray Region Bureau of Agriculture and Natural Resources through the Government of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Food System Resilient Program /FSRP/ and intends to for procure me apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract of Construction of Livestock Market center in mychew town for which this invitation is issued.
2. The Tigray Bureau of Agriculture and Natural Resources - Food System Resilience Program/FSRP/ now invites eligible bidders with work permit licenses in construction (with GC-garde 5 or BC grade -5 and above) for the construction of Modern Livestock market in Mychew Town Bids from eligible Bidders for

3.Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" Fifth Edition September 2023 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4.Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Tigray Bureau of Agriculture and Natural Resources Procurement Unit and inspect the bidding document during office hours 02:30 AM to 6:30 AM in the morning and 8:00 PM to 11:30 PM local time in the afternoon at the address given below.
5.The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of anone refundable fee of ETB 1000.00 (One thousand birr). The method of payment will be direct deposit to the BOANR's Bank account number 1000539035658 & submit bank slip from Commercial bank of Ethiopia to TBOANR. The document will be sent by person or on hand. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before June 25, 2017 EC 3:30AM and opened on the same day, June:25, 2017 EC 4:00 AM local time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 250,000 (Two hundred Fifty thousand birr) in the form of Unconditional Bank guarantee or CPO to Tigray Bureau of Agriculture and Natural resources & shall remain valid for 28 (Twenty eight) days after Bid validity period.
8.Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and Licenses which are renewed for the current budget year.
9.Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
