SECTION 1 - Bidders INSTRUCTIONS
All bidders must meet the minimum requirements below. o
O Valid Tax Clearance/TIN number
O Valid Business VAT (Value Added tax) Registration Certificate Renewal Suppliers License Previous VAT Report
o Bid pages must be pre-numbered and initialed
O Bids must be signed and stamped by authorized personnel
Bids must be submitted in English/In Tigrigna
o Bid prices must be quoted in ETB and prices will remain valid for the three months.
Bid submitted after the deadline will NOT be considered
O Electronic bids are NOT allowed
о Bidders should prepared 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Birr) CPO/ in the name of Mums for Mums from authorized bank.
о Bidders can take the bid document by paying 50.00 birr from Mums for mums head office of finance, procurement & administration office, located near save the children.
o Bidder will Submitted the construction material to the site described in the bid document by their transport.
Complete tender documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before the deadline as indicated on the first (cover) page of the tender document
SECTION II - DESCRIPTION OF required materials
O Bidders must have Service registered for procurement suppliers
Animal Feeding /Production or as
O Successful bidder(s) must be willing to provide materials for inspection when requested by Mums for Mums
o Supply must be road worthy.
о All ordered Supply must be equipped with essential safety goods:
O Successful bidder's must be time honored with neat, clear and quality delivery.
O Bidders must submit a comprehensive the material that meet the criteria.
O Bidder must submit the materials by their own Transportation to each listed site below
Bidders must submit detailed price schedule for each Service's. Bidders are also required to include in its price schedule.
