Goal Ethiopia an International Humanitraian Organization invites potential service providers to submit tender for the provision of Light Vehicle Rental Service for Tigray Area Office in a form long term Framework Agrrement (FWA) for a period of Three years

1 All Service providers who have valid business licenses and similar service experience on provision of light vehicles rental service can obtain a compete set of bidding document from GOAL Ethiopia Tigray Area Officer or GOAL Ethiopia Head Office starting from the first day of this invitation between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM office hours  from Moday to Friday till April 10, 2024 , or you access all documents online at http://www.goalglobal.org/tenders.

2 Question and any clarification relating to this tender , should be sent to the following email address : [email protected] till April 11, 2024 , at 4:00 PM East African Time . Communication will be held through e-mail . Question could be answered only until April 12, 2024 , at 4:00 PM(East African Time) . Goal does not guarantee clarification sent after the deadline

3 Tender offers to be submitted to GOAL  Tigray Area Office before closing date and time : April 15, 2024 , at 3:00 PM East African Time to the below mentioned address . Bid received after the closing date & time will not be considered

4 Bid opening session will be held on April 23, 2024, at 2:00 PM East African Time at GOAL Ethiopia Head Office , Addis Ababa . The tenderer or their authorized representive are invited to be present during the bid opening session.

5 GOAL Ethiopia reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
