Mandatory Requirements for Bidding
• Copy of renewed business liscence for fisical year of 2015/16 E.C
• Copy of Tin certificate
• Copy of VAT registration certificate
• The prices to be filled in Ethiopian Birr including VAT and if no remark is maid our organization will assume the offer is including VAT 15%.
• The floating period for the pro forma will be from Jan 15, 2024 to Jan 19, 2024. the deadline for submitting the proforma document is Jan 19th, 2024 at 4:00 a.m.
• The opening of the proforma documents will take place on Jan 19, 2024 at 4:30 AM.
• Transportation and other incidental expenses, if any, for delivery of the Supplies to their final destination of our organization 6th floor, Room No. 8 shall be paid by the Bidder.
• Our organization reserves the right to accept or reject whole or part of the bids.
