6. Bids must be delivered to shire supply office on or before 02:30pM, on 23/12/2019.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who chose to attend in person at 3:00PM on 23/12/2019at Ezana Mining Development PLC, EFFORT head office, shire supply office
