Marie Stopes International Ethiopia intends to hire a construction company to carryout family Planning Service area renovation at three government hospitals located at Tigray Region ( Abi Adi Hospital) the work will includes ,floor finishing ,walls finishing ,ceiling works ,aluminum works ,painting, sanitary & electrical works.

Please collect the Bidding documents paying a nonrefundable administrative charge of birr 100 from maries topes Internatinal Ethopia Mekele program office located at nilex plaza 2^nd floor from office During working hours

1 bidders must submit their Technical and financial proposal in two separately sealed and stamped envelopes in to the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before August 25 2020

2 bids will open in the presence of bidders or representatitives on August 25 2020 at 3 :00 pm at MSIE metting hall.

3 Bidders must be GC/BC -5 and above ( ie GC/BC : 5: 4:3:2 and 1)

4 Bidders must quote a price for all works partial bidding is not allowed

5 the bidders are expected to quote the financial amount that the contracting company demand for the required service and must sign & stamp on all pages

6 Bidders must provide a bid security of ETB 50,000 in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee

7 bidders must visit the site before submitting the bid document
