Invitation to Bid

Relief  Society of Tigray  interested bidders to conduct consultancy service for Training on Irrigation Agronomy practice in Twelve Woreda of productive Safety Net  crop experts you are kindly requested to note the following requirements  and  gives us your quotation accordingly 

1 , Intersted bidders who have licence in this field and renewed their license for the year 2014/2006 may  bid document against payment of non-refundable 30.00 (Thirty birr), during office hours from REST  Head (office no.613).

2,  The bid must be compained with bid obtain the amount of two percent (2%) of offer in the form of CPO.

3,  Technical , Financial and CPO must be submitted separetely with separet envelpos.

4 , Bids should be submitted to  REST  head office, Mekelle in sealed envelop before or on Auguast 05, 2014 at 11:00 AM.

5 , Bid will be opend on, August ,2014 at  3:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their representative who prefer to attend .

6 , REST reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
