Endowment Fund For the Rehabilitation of Tigray (EFFORT) has 16 subsidiary companies operating in Manufacturing, Agriculture, Agro processing,Construction, Transport, Mining and Merchandising sectors.

EFFORT Invites all interested and eligible bidders to provide IFRS Implementation support in all its subsidiary companies and the corporate office. Bidders shall collect Request for proposal (RFP) from the address stated below.

Application Procedure and dead line

1. Bidders should submit their Technical and Financial proposal within 10 working days starting from 17 September, 2018 the closing date will be 28 September, 2018 at 5:00 pm in the afternoon
2. Bidders must prepare and submit their technical proposal and financial proposals in separate envelope to the following Address

4. The Technical Proposal of bidders will be opened in Mekelle EFFORT office on October 1, 2018 morning at 10:00 am morning
5. The Financial Proposal will be opened after technical evaluation is completed in the presence of the bidders.
6. EFFORT Investment reserves the right to accept or reject the bid as a whole or part of it at its own desecration.
