The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from Unicef for the procurement of May-tsebri Town, Adi-harush and May-Ayni refuge Camp sanitation project. So: Tigray National State Water Resource Bureau now invites sealed bids from qualified eligible bidders for the Procurement of --May-tsebri Town ,Adi Harush and May-Ayni Refugee Camps Sanitation Project located at North West of Tigray Tselemti Wereda, therefore, the Bureau invites eligible bidders who full fills the under listed requirements.
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure as specified in this Regional Procurement Guideline.

Qualification requirements include.
- ITB 3.2(a) the bidder must demonstrate compliance with the criteria in ITB Sub-Clause 3.1. from the mandated public body.
- ITB 3.2(b) Renewed or valid trade license on WWCC for the fiscal year 2012/2013, registration certificate from ministry of water, irrigation and energy or from Tigray water resource bureau for the fiscal year, tax clearance certificate VAT-declaration for the month of Jully/August 2012 VAT registration certificate, Tin Certificate, suppliers registration certificate, and any relevant professional practice certificate.
- ITB 18.1 the written confirmation of authorization to sign on behalf of the bidder shall initial and approved by the authentication office.
- Bidders should submit their sealed bid documents one "original” technical and one original financial documents in a separate envelope and 2 (two) copies for each of technical and financial documents, also must be provided in separate envelopes.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased from Tigray water resource bureau upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200 on working days (Monday-Friday). The method of payment could be in cash or check against receipt.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 26/11/2012 up to 25/12/ 2012 to 3.00 Local time Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
- Bids will be opened physically on the same date at 3:30 Local time in the presence of the bidder's representatives who wish to attend in person at the address below.
- All bids shall be accompanied by UN conditional Bid Security in the form of (CPO) birr 500,000.00 The bid shall be valid for a period of 60 (sixty days) plus 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
- The bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid
- Bidding documents could be purchased during office hours 2:00-6:30 and 8:00-11:30 local time starting from news pepper published to date at the address given below.
