A complete tender document in English is available at the Head office in Samara. Interested and eligible bidders can purchase it upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100.00 ETB (One Hundred Birr only) in cash and upon submission of a written application together with copies of the following legal documents:

  1. License on Building construction level 8.
  2. License Renewed for the year 2012 E.C.
  3. VAT 15% Registration
  4. Tax Payer Registration (TIN) certificates.
  5. Commercial and business license for the year 2012.
  6. Competency certificate for the Year 2012
  7. 2% CPO ONLY can be guaranteed.

The bid document can be collected from the Head office in Samara. The bidders should submit their proposals within Ten consecutive days starting from the announcement date of this bid 30/05/2020 at 8:00 AM in the Morning. The bid closing date will then be 08/06/2020 at 5:30 PM in the afternoon and the opening will be on the 09/06/2020 at 11:30 AM in the morning in Samara head office. The bid proposal must be accompanied by a 2% of bid bond only in the form of C.P.O and originals and copies of the above mentioned legal documents. The bidshall be wax sealed and vividly marked. The bid document should be inserted in the bid box placed at logia APDA head office.
