Open local Invitation to Bid

Ethiopian Catholic Church social and development commission Adigrat branch Mekele sub branch needs for supply of High quality lifesaving None food items(NFI) including shelter materials (ropes) Wash kits and Dignity kits etc, and invites competent and eligible licensed suppliers in General Trading, Whole sale of Goods, laboratory chemicals or Supply of Emergency relief and House hold items, Implemented by RRM Project.

Therefore, those who are interested and fulfil the following criteria's are invited to participate:-

Criteria's for bidders

1. He/ She who can supply the lifesaving none food items above before or within 15-20 days after receiving purchase order or signing the contract agreement.

2. Legally registered with VAT/TOT, having Renewed License of 2018 E.C in the above field and who can provide QR coded receipt

3. The bidder should secure a bid bond of 2% of the total price through CPO or unconditional Bank guaranty in separate envelop.

4. Interested and eligible bidders can collect Terms of reference document with specification from Mekele sub branch Admin section during working hours (Monday to Friday 8:00Am to 5:30Pm), from 10/06/2026 up to 16/06/2026 G.C or 3-9/9/2018 E.C.

The bid box will be officially closed on 16/06/2026 G.C or 9/9/2018 E.C at 10:00Am (4.00 local time) in the morning and will be Opened at 10:30 Am /4:30 local time/ in presence of bidders or their legal representatives.

5. The office reserves the right to reject partially or fully the bid any time.
