Hybrid Designs PLC, lead consortium partner for the Entrepreneurship in the Digital and Gig Economy (EDGE) Program, invites qualified and legally registered Training Providers to submit competitive technical and financial proposals for the procurement of Training Provision and Employment Support Services (EDGE Program Activity 1.2.5).

1. Scope of Work & Objectives

The selected Service Provider(s) will be responsible for recruiting, screening, onboarding, and delivering product-specific training and post-training employment support to 5,000 youth across five targeted regions: Addis Ababa, Sidama, South West Ethiopia, Somali, and Tigray.

Key targets include:

• Demographics: Minimum 80% young women and 10% disadvantaged youth (Persons with Disabilities, IDPs, returnees, refugees, and conflict-affected persons).
• Retention & Transition: Achieving a minimum 85% participant retention rate and transitioning at least 80% of graduates into dignified, income-generating roles on designated digital platforms within two months post-training.
