1 all contractors of category GC/BC 6 and above who have valid license and similar work experience can obtain a complete set of bidding document

2 interested bidders can obtain the bid document from our office up on payment of non refundable birr 200 from the the date of 27/11/2019

3 bidders must submit a photo copy of currently renewed and valid constriction license business license and other necessary doc

4 bidders should submit their duplicated offer in original and copy referring bid no arrow 002/2019 in sealed envelope indicating their detailed financial and technical offers up to 09/12/2019 until 2:00 pm

5 all bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% on the total price offered for  the material in the form of bank guarantee or CPO

6 bid will be closed at opened at arrow office which is located at maichew on the same date 09/12/2019 at 2:00 pm and 2:30 pm respectively
