2 PI/E now invites sealed bids from eligible bidder for the supply of the required quantities stated in number  1 above (stationery material)  All bidders are expected to clearly state per item including VAT , Bidders shall attach copy of all legal registration documents with their performance.

4Wax sealed bid document shall be delivered to office of Transform : primary Health Care project , Tigray Regional Program Office , Mekelle Adi-Haki Kebele 11 ,on the first floor of the newly opened Bank of Abyssinia , Adi Haki Branch , On or Before 4:00 pm December 05 , 2019

5 Bid will be opened in the presence of those bidders or representative who choose to attend on the same date 4:30 pm in the office of those of Transform : primary Health Care project , Tigray Regional Program Office , Wereda, Adi Haki , Kebelle 11 city Mekelle , Tigray , Ethiopia

6 vendors may be registered legally.

7 Bidders who are VAT registered are given priority for which bidders shall submit a written evidence for their service /
