5 Bids will be opened on November 12,2015 G.C at 3:00 PM (European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representative who choose to attend at Messebo Cement Factory Plc Head Office

6 Bid must be accompanied by bid guarantee of Birr 2% of the total price in the form of CPO

7 All bids that come after Closing date of the tender will be immediately rejected
