3 A comlete set of bidding document can be purchased by any interested and eligible bidder on the submission of written application to Study Design and Supervision Water Works Enterprise, Tigrai Regional State upon payment of non refundable fee of birr 100.00 from 16 /10 /2015 to 13/11/2015 at office No.9 on working hours
4 Bidders may obtain further information related to the bidding documents, at the above office
5 The bid must be an accompanied by bid security , in the form of acceptable CPO of 2% to the specified amount
6 The Sealed envelope containing Bidding document (Technical and Financial ) shall be addressed to the enterprise on or before 13 /11/ 2015 not later than 2:30 P.M . The Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on 13 /11/2015 at 3:00 P.M in Study Design and Supervision water Works Enterprise , Tigrai Regional State Mekelle.
7 Document should be sealed envelope and signed on each page of original one will open for bidding and financial document separately , the original one will open for bidding and copy will be kept in the enterprise responsible section may be for verification.
8 A firm will be sealed under quality and cost based selection (QCBS) method and procedures described in the bid document according the specification
9 The employer will respond in writing request for clarification , which it receives earlier than 10/11/2015 prior to the deadline for the submission of bids
10 The Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all the bids
