Tenders must submit:

1 Renewed business license for the year 2011 EC

2 VAT registration certificate

3 Company profile showing past performance track record and other relevant credentials

4 Bid security in the name of SNV SNV Netherlands Development organization for 2% of bid amount in the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid at least for two months from the date of bid opening. /cash and insurance are not accepted/

Bids must be put in a sealed envelope, clearly marked by “ Bidders Name, address, legal stamp and name of the project sites and their address” and submit their technical and financial document in one original and one copy for financial /different envelops/ to SNV addressed above before or on 18 Feb 2019 before or till 17:00 hours.

The bids will be opened on 18 Feb at SNV Ethiopia, Tigray field office at 17:15 PM in the presence o bidders or bidders’ representatives.

SNV reserves the right to accept or reject the entire or partial part of this bid.
