1 Tigray Water Works Construction Enterprise (TWWCE) invites interested bidders for the supply of different vehicles, tracks, construction machineries and Drilling Machines (RIGS) with complete accessories and appropriate tools.

2 Bidders are invited for the supply of the above machinery to be procured in foreign and local currency.

3 Bidders should present currently renewed trade license, registration certificate and Inland Revenue Registration Certificate and other legal documents.

4 All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 1,000,000.00 (one Million) Birr in the form of bank guarantee or C.P.O. issued through a reputable bank which is valid for one hundred twenty (120) days beyond the validity of the bid.

5 All bids shall be sealed and delivered to TWWCE Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia.

6 Bid document shall be obtained from Tigray Water Works Construction Enterprise purchasing department office starting from date of this tender notice published on newspaper and payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 300(Three hundred).

7 Failure to comply the instruction/terms and conditions shall result in automatic rejection. Late bids shall also be rejected.

8 The enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bid fully or partially.

9 Bid closing date will be 15 days after this tender notice published by this newspaper at 3:00 pm and bid opening at 3:30 pm.
