- Bidders who have renewed license of 2010E.C. and VAT REGISTER can participate in the bidding and they obtained the Tender Documents, including the Tender Guidelines, contract Template and specification for the aforementioned activities from SCI-MFO Tigray Filed Office, Mekelle at working hours.
- Bidders with building construction works certificate from Federal Ministry Construction and Urban Development or Regional Road , Transport and Construction Office with building Construction (BC) and (GC) license of Grade 7 and above that have an experience of constructing at least three the same or similar structure may obtain the tender document Â
- Â An original & copy of each bid offer, IN SEPARATELY SEALED ENVELOPES, marked clearly by the project name, bidder’s name, address and legal stamp should be submitted in a sealed envelope and submit to save the children Tigray Field Office Mekelle not later than ,January /9/2018, 2:30 P.M.
- Â Bid documents can be obtained from save the children Mekelle Field office at working hours against 100 Birr fee
- All bid offers shall include the aforementioned Tender documents and be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or Guarantee for 2% (two percent) of the total bid amount. Â
- Â Bids will be opened on March January /9/2018; 3:30 P.M in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives who choose to attend at SCI-MFO/ Mekelle FIELD Office/ Mekelle.
