Bids will be opened on the 30th day of the first announcement of this  invitation for bid on the Ethiopian Reporter at 10:00 AM in the presence of interested bidders or their representative who choose to attend. However, if the 30th day is either Sunday or holiday the bid will be opened on the following work day at 10:00 AM.Â
