Invitation to Open Bid
Social and Development Commission Adigrat (ECC-SDCOAdB) invites potential bidders for the supply of pruning shears and farm tools, fulfilling the following minimum standards, any potential supplier/bidder should get bid documents after approval of the legal criteria described hereunder:
1. Renewed License for 2017 E.C in Agricultural Inputs Supply, Seed Supply, General Trade or related fields. (Originals must be presented on the opening date).
2. Copy of original documents defining legal status, registration, and principal place of business, Tax Identification Number (TIN), and VAT registration certificate. Evidence of tax payment for the current fiscal year. (Originals must be presented on the opening date)
3. Present 2% of the total bid value as a CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from a recognized bank.
Interested and eligible bidders can collect price quotation form and attached specification document from Mekele sub branch Administration office during working hours (Monday to Friday 8:00Am to 5:30Pm) up to from 9/12/2025 G.C 15/12/2025 9:30Am(29/3/2018- 6/04/2018) E.c The bid box will be officially closed at 10:00Am (4.00 local time) in the morning and will be Opened at 10:30 Am /4:30 local time/ on 15/12/2025 G.C (6/04/2018)E.C in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. The office reserves the right to reject partially or fully the bid any time.
