Those bidders should submit their quotation and win shall consider the following terms

1. PI/E, Tigray Regional program office now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the purchase of stationery materials.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding document at the office of IFHP of Tigray 2^Nd floor P.O.Box 428 wereda Hawelti kebele 11 Tel 034-444-40-16-81 city Mekelle Ethiopia
3. A complete set of bidding clarification may be obtained by interested bidders on the submission of a written application starting from May 23,2016 up to My 31,2016
4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO of __% of the bid amount. Bid validity required in ninety days.
5. Wax sealed bid documents shall be delivered to office of IFHP, Tigray coordination office ,Meklle room number__on or before 3:00 pm of May 31,2016.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of those bidders or representative who choose to attend on the same date at 3:30 pm in the office of Tigray IFHP,room number__,wereda Hawelti,keble 11,near Dedebit Micro Finance new building, City Mekelle Ethiopia.
7. Winners should submit the required stationeries with in 5 calendar days after agreement is signed , pathfinder,Tigray Regional program office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
