4YBIN, registered under the Tigray Region Bureau of Justice as a local charity (Proclamation No. 327/2011, Accreditation: 29th Dec 2022, Certificate No. 05/2015), operates in

Since its establishment, 4YBIN has supported 21,000 households and collaborated with government offices and local partners such as HOP, ECC, and Wukro St. Mary's College. We seek a qualified external auditor or audit firm to provide standard audit services for project records covering January December 2024.

Eligibility Requirements:

Copy of renewed and relevant business license for 2017 E.C.

Copy of TIN, VAT, or TOT registration certification.

Sealed application clearly marked with the auditor's name, address, and legal stamp.

Application Process:

Submission Deadline: 20/3/2025

Bid opening date: 21/3/2025 (in the presence of auditors or their legal representatives at our office).

4YBIN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications. The winning bidder must be the lowest and most qualified. The selected auditor will sign a contract within one day and complete the audit within five consecutive days. Two hard copies of the audit report must be submitted, duly signed and stamped

Payment will be made upon successful audit completion. Any unlawful conduct during the audit. process will lead to liability. The auditor must be available for any necessary clarifications. A non-refundable document fee of 200 Birr applies.

Interested auditors should submit their applications with required documents. Only shortlisted candidates will receive further details for cost computation.
