ZOA from relief to recovery is an international NGO registered with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Agency for Civil Society Organizations as Foreign Charity under registration certificate number 0739 to work in the fields of emergency relief and recovery operations to support the lives of refugees, returnees, internally displaced and victims of conflicts and natural disasters.

ZOA is seeking for competent and reliable suppliers who fulfill our needs as per the detail below:-

Interested eligible Bidders shall provide written application with original copies of the following legal documents:-

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Copy of Renewed and Relevant business license

2. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate

3. Copy of TIN Certificate

4. Bid Security Bond of 2% of bid amount by CPO or Bank Guarantee in the name of ZOA from relief to recovery.

5. Relevant document which can show past performance and experience

6. Right supply category

# Tenders submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.

# ZOA reserved the right to reject all or part of the bids.

# Bid instruction documents can be obtained from ZOA Mekelle Office, Adi-Haki sub city, from Amdna Hotel to Adi-Hawsi Saint Merry Church, two corners then left side from the road, in front of IOM office; in hard copy form according to the details provided below:-
