OPEN BID INIVITATION (2nd time)

Ethiopian Catholic Church Social & Development Commission of Adigrat (ECC- SDCOAdB) Mekelle Sub Branch wants to purchase used vehicle Mark II which is intended to be used for supervision of project works at rural areas. Therefore, bidders those can supply and deliver used vehicle are invited to participate in the bid by fulfilling minimum criterion described below.

I. Legal Criteria

✓ The bidders must have renewed trade license of 2016 or 2017 EC in Vehicle dealing, sales of used vehicles, or related usinesses and/or should have ownership certificate that shows renewed annual inspection of the vehicle for 2016 EC.

✓ The bidders should attach copy of renewed trade license, Registration of business, TIN, VAT/TOT certificate, ownership/title certificate

II. The bidder should secure a bid bond of 2% of the total price through CPO.

III. The bidder should prepare and submit both Technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes with detail information as stated in the bid document.

IV. The bid dates

✓ Bids must be submitted on September 13/2024 G.C between 8:30 - 10:00Am (morning from 2:30 4:00 local time) only to the bid box prepared in ECC-SDCOADB Mekelle office hall.

✓ The Bid will be officially closed at 10:01 Am (4:01 local time) on the same date.

✓ ECC SDCOAdB will open the bids on the date of September 13/2024 G.C in venue of ECC SDCOAdB Mekelle office Hall in the presence of bidders or designated representatives at 10:30 Am (morning 4:30 local time)

Interested and eligible bidders can purchase bid document by paying non- refundable birr 100.00 from ECC SDCOAdB Mekelle Administration section starting from September 06/2024 G.C up to September 13/2024 G.C 10:00 AM during working hours.

The office reserves the right to reject partially and/or whole bids at any level of bid processing
