Mandatory Requirements for Bidding

• Copy of renewed business liscence for fisical year of 2015/16 E.C

• Copy of Tin certificate and Copy of VAT registration certificate

• Bid security Bond of 5% or unconditional bank guarantee of the bid offer including VAT. (cash and insurance are not accepted)

• Interested eligible bidders can purchase bid document from 29/12/2023 to 08/1/2024; 10:00 AM, from our mekelle branch office 6th floor, room no 8. And up on payment of non refundable Birr 50.00 during working hours of the office.

• The prices to be filled in Ethiopian Birr including VAT and if no remark is maid our organization will assume the offer is including VAT 15%.

• The bid will be opened on 08/1/2024; 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who have an orginal license and national Id card.

• All specification pages attached to the bid must then be stamped and sealed in the envelope. . In the event that the winning bidder fails or refuses to deliver the materials within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the purchase order to him, our organization may, without any warning or precondition, deposit the security of the refusing bidder and take other measures to facilitate the bidding process.

• Transportation and other incidental expenses, if any, for delivery of the Supplies to their final destination of our organization 6th floor, Room No. 8 shall be paid by the Bidder.

• Our organization reserves the right to accept or reject whole or part of the bids.
