1. Bidder must submit valid trade license renewedfor 2015/2016 Ethiopian calendar and VAT registered certificate.

2. All Bids must be submitted in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or before Dece 26, 202310:00 AM and would be addressed and marked as follows.

3. Bidders must submit technical and financial offers in two copies separately to Messebo head office in Mekelle.

4. Bids will be closed on Dece 26, 2023 10:00 AMduring office hours and will be opened on Dece26,2023 10:15 AM (European time) in the presenceof interested bidders or their representatives whochoose to attend at the above mentioned office.

5. Bid must be accompanied by bid guarantee 2% of the total price in the form of C.P.O. or bank guarantee.

6. All bids that come after opening date of the tender will be rejected immediately.

7. Messebo Cement Factory PLC reserves the right to reject the bid completely or partially.
