N/R Ethio Telecom invites all interested and Eligible bidders for the Procurement of SUPPLY AND FIX ROAD BILLBOARD FOR MEKELLE /Lot 01/, WUKRO, ADIGRAT/Lot 2/, ADWA, AXUM AND SHIRE/ENDASELASE/Lot 03/.

1. The complete set of bid documents can be obtained starting from Oct 27, 2023, in N/R office, Mekelle 3rd floor, office No 301 upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of birr 100

2. All interested bidders shall fulfill the Eligibility as well as technical requirements stated below 

a) Valid and renewed trade license for the year of 2016 E. C

b) Availability of Bid Security

C) VAT Registration Certificate

D) TIN Certificate 

f) Signed Anti-bribery pledge form

g) Availability of signed compliance Statement

3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security for birr 20,000 for each lot CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee only and valid for 148 days.

4. Bidders shall submit their documents separately one envelop for technical document original and copy as well as the Financial offers original and copy finally insert the whole document in a large one envelop

5. Bidders should submit their bid until Nov 16, 2023, 02:00 PM or 8:00 local time
and Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or legal representatives on Nov 16, 02:15 PM or 8:15 local time

6. Partial bid is allowed only per lot

7. Bidder who meets Eligibility criteria, Technical Evaluation criteria as well as the least price bidders will be awarded

8. Ethio Telecom reserves the right to reject the bid partially or fully

9. All the necessary Materials and Labors cost shall be covered by bidders
