Tender documents can be collected from Addis Ababa Messebo Cement Factory plc Liaison office Yeha Building 2nd floor in front of BeteZata Hospital or Mekelle Messebo Cement Factory Plc Head office effective from the day of announcement against payment of a non-refundable Birr 100.

1. Bidder must submit a valid trade license renewed for the 2015 Ethiopian Calendar and VAT registration certificate.

2. All Bids must be submitted in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or before Oct 20, 2023, 10:15 PM, and should be addressed and marked as follows.

3. Bidders must submit technical and financial offers in two copies separately by coming in person to the Messebo head office in Mekelle.

4. Bids will be closed on Oct 20, 2023, 10:00 AM G.C. during office hours and will be opened on Oct 20, 2023, G.C. at 10:15 AM (European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the above-mentioned office.

5. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of 100,000.00 in the form of a C.P.O or bank guarantee.

6. All bids that come after the opening date of the tender will be rejected.

7. Messebo Cement Factory Plc reserves the right to reject the bid completely or partially.
