   The Afar N.R. S. Urban Housing Development and Construction Bureau invites Wax sealed bid from eligible consultants for the Detail Architectural and Engineering Designs, Investigation, and Contract Administration of G+3 Office Building at Samara town through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures. 
2. The Bureau invites sealed bids from All Categories III Consulting Architect and Engineers that have License valid for the current Ethiopian Fiscal year, (EFY,2012), Trade License, valid for the current Ethiopian Fiscal year (2012), VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate and valid Tax Clearance Certificate. 
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and clarification on the bid documents from room No 002 procurement Finance & Material Administration Process The Bidder Can purchase the bid document in the presence of legal original trading license of the bidder. 
4. A complete set of bidding document can be purchased by interested eligible bidders from room No 002 procurement Finance & Material Administration Process, Tel No. 0336660005 from the first date of the announcement on the news paper until 21st cal days from the date of the first date of the announcement on the news paper at working hours and day upon payment of Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr only) 
5. Bid proposal comprising one original and two copies of separately sealed Technical (qualification), financial proposals and schematic design should be presented to The Afar N.R. S. Urban Housing Development and Construction Bureau on the 21th day from the first announcement of the bid on the newspaper at 9.00 PM hours as it is clearly mentioned in the tender document. Late bids shall be rejected and will be returned unopened to the bidder. 
6. Bid document should be accompanied by a bid security amounting to Birr 50,000.00 (Birr fifty thousand), as specified in the tender documents and separately sealed within the Technical document. The bid security shall be in the form of Cash, Certified check, Payable order, Bank draft Letter of Credit or an Unconditional Bank Guarantee. 
7. Bid will be closed at the 21st date at 9:00 pm from the announcement of the bid on the newspaper and opened on the same date at 10:00pm in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at room No 002 procurement Finance & Material Administration Process. 
8. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
