1 Have renewed business license for the year 2016 E.C

2 Who can deposit 2% of the total cost in CPO approved by a bank

3 Who can supply quality item

4 Bid announcement date 12/4/2016 – 22 /04/2016 E.C

5 Bid closing date 22/04/2016 E.C at 4:00 local time and will be opened at 4:30 local time in the presence of bidders or legal representative at WAT head office located in Kebelle 15

6 The WAT has the right to cancel  the bid partially or in full

7 Bidders are required to be VAT registered
