2. The Tigray Regional State of Water Resource Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders having vat certificate, vat declaration for the month of November 2010 E.C, Tin Number, Renewed Business License, & Renewed appropriate water works Registration Certificate from ministry of Water Resource valid for 2010 E.C. Qualifications & Requirements included: Machinery, Personnel, Technical, Financial, Legal & Other Additional Requirements may provided in the bid documents and the procurement is not subject to margin of preference.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers [Guidelines edition January 2011). ("Procurement Guidelines"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from Tigray Regional State of Water resource Bureau, Procurement Section Ayder Kebele 03 by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One hundred birr). The method of payment will be in cash. The document will be sent or delivered by hard copy.

7. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below Procurement Section Room no. 104 on March 12/2018 at 9:10 AM.

8. And the Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or fully.

All bids must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" in the form of CPO or "Unconditional Bank guarantee," as stated on the table above and Bids shall be valid for 60 days after bid opening & must be a combined by adding 28 days beyond the bid validity period and if bank guarantee delivered it should be in the format.
