INVITATION TO TENDER(Open Aired Bid) FOR ICT Materials
LOCATION: SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGE’S Mekelle
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 12 March 2026

SOS Children’s Village, Tigray CVW Funded Humanitarian Response Project wants to procure different ICT Materials with a detailed specification listed here below & invites suppliers who fulfill the following legal preconditions to submit a selected tender per the specification details ,instructions to bidders, and General Terms and conditions of purchase as described hereunder:

Therefore, those who fulfil the below criteria are cordially invited to participate in the open bid.

1.Possessing a legal trade license in the field of the ICT Materials and submit copy of the license.

2.Providing TIN certificate’s visible copy and a VAT registered who have a declaration of 2026 G.C /2018 E.C, if legally exempted, then a formal letter from the legally authorized firm that witnesses that he/she is exempted.

3.Those who can provide a legal formal witness letter that the supplier has registered license in the fiscal year to provide similar Materials

4.Providing all necessary documents with legal stamps and signature.

5.The ICT Materials to be procured, then the winner of the bid will be expected to deliver the materials to the specified places with his/her own transportation cost. Then the price to be fill must consider these costs too.

6.The Materials shall the same with the available Specification, with no different specification must be alike to each other. A specification of ICT Materials is available with us for ease of provision as per the specification.

7.The winning seller must make a formal agreement with us in seven days from the time he/she is notified and who can proving that the ICT Materials are delivered in proper specification as per the sample given,.

8.Competitors are expected to take the bidding formats from our office from February 3 - February 12, 2026 in working hours.

9.Competitors will be submitting collateral of Birr 400,000.00 in CPO form written in the name of SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES from well-known legal banks in the date of the bid submission.

10.The bid process will be closed on March 12 , 2026, at 2:00 pm and open at 3:30 pm in the presence of the bidding parties or with their legal representatives.

11.The winner will deliver the materials by his/her own transport cost to each place with their respective amounts

12.Our firm will not abide by the bidding process in case any better alternative finds, and this may include fully cancelation.

13.After opening the bid, we have the privilege to add or deduct the amounts up to 20% of the total amounts proposed.
