2 Who can deposite 2% of the cost in CPO approved

3 Who can supply quality item

4 Bid announcement date 12/02/2018 e.c -18/02/201

5 Bid closing date 18/02/2018 e.c at 4:00 local time and will be openedat 4:30 local time in the presence of bidders or legal representitives at WAT head located in kebele 15, office

6 The WAT have the right to cancel the bid partially or in full

7 Bidders are required to be VAT registered
