Tender Title: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR MULTIPLE SUPPLIES OF HUMANITARIAN RELIEF ITEMS/MATERIALS
Dear Sirs/ Madams,

Oxfam focuses its activities on providing a comprehensive response to poverty, working cohesively in the four areas that constitute its identity: development cooperation, humanitarian action, faire trade, social mobilization, campaigns, and education for global citizenship.
Oxfam is conducting a Tender process within Ethiopia, Tigray Region, Mekelle and invites your submission of a proposal for the above Tender title to provide Oxfam, within the requirements, for:
Business licenses for the trade or activity category and grade stated in the Tender Dossier tables marked 'LOTS'.
The business company should not have any legal issue that restricts the company from participation in the Tendering process.
Proof of Company Registration, (business license, business registration license, TIN registration certificate, VAT registration certificate and technical competence certificate only Grade six and above Equivalent to WWC (for construction, rehabilitation and building services). The business registration and related documents should be renewed for the year stated in the Tender invitation letter and as per the registration renewal rule of the government.
Tenderers that do not fulfil the above criteria will be ineligible and will not participate in the technical and financial analysis of the Tender process.
All selection and evaluation criteria are as per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier.

The deadline for submission of Tender is 12 June 12024, at 3:00PM, upon condit document.
Oxfam does not bind itself to award the Tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the Tender.
