World Vision Ethiopia is looking for a potential of heavy vehicle transportation service provider ( with 200, 300 and 400 quintal ) to enter into LTA as per the detail on the RFP

Eligible Suppliers can coolect Terms of refrence & specification from WWVE Tigray NPH procurement unit through the address shown below be delivering credential renewal license during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM),  from Feb 22-29/2024. The bidding document (TOR) will be distrubited to the bidders on hand in the below location

The Bidders shall submit the orginal and copy of the bid in seprate envelops sealed and stamped , duly marking the envelopes as ‘’ ORGINAL ‘’ and ‘’ COPY ‘’ for the ‘’ Technical and Financial proposal separately ( including copies of renewd Trade Licence , business Registration License , Tax payer’s Registration , tax clearance certification , VAT Tegistration , and Professional competency Certicates ).

All documents (Technical and Financial proposals ) must be deliverd to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose on or before 12:00 PM( 06:00 Local time) on Februray 29, 2024. Please note that the submitted documents will be opended by WVE procurement committee and the technical evaluation result will be posted on WVE notice board and will be communicated to the bidders up on the completion of technical evaluation

All patticipate /bidders must submit bid security in the form of CPO / unconditional bank guarantee clearly written to ‘’ world Vision Ethiopia ‘’ amounting to ETB 10,000.00.

The winner will be obliged to issue CPO or equivalent uncodetional bank guarantee amounting 5% of the estimated contract value in favor of WVE as performance guarantee.The Pass mark for technical evaluation is 70 %

World Vision Ethiopia reserve the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any timw without assigning any reason whatsoever
